Volume 1



8 years ago, o2o was started on an idea; an idea that a group of players could play to have fun, and still dominate the game. To this day, while this idea has not changed, this game and community have, and thus, it is time for us to take our leave.

In the words of William Bernbach, "An idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it." And our run has been nothing short of being magical, with a near endless supply of talent. We've had our moments of glory, our time of domination, and last but not least, our share of fun. But we've realized this could not last forever and that it had to come to an end sooner or later.

We'd like to thank the community for shaping us into the great clan we have become and the many members of o2o who proudly wore the tags and represented us in the arena. Without you, o2o wouldn't have existed. Thank you once again.

A coder known only as Scott has managed to compile Quake 3 Arena for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Movement is achieved via the in-built accelerometer, with aiming and shooting performed with the touch screen. Unfortunately, no public release has been made available.

.o2o.....Has acquired Dallas Noghost Paradise Public server and in BIG hopes our friends will support and enjoy the new server, there will be things we will try in future to maximize fun for all including less administration so everyone can have some real unadulterated fraggin fun together..
